Who We Are

Hugh Marshall

Hugh Marshall is the owner and president of Hugh Marshall Landscape Contractors, Inc. He started the business in 1986 with little more than a mower and a pick-up truck. Today he has a fleet of more than 15 trucks, including a full-service dumpster and recycling service.

His wealth of knowledge and experience combined with his deep love and appreciation of Bucks County and its history make him one of the area’s most sought after contractors for everything from lawn care and maintenance to large scale hardscape projects.

Kyle McCauley

Being a part of the team since 2009, Kyle McCauley, is the operations manager for Hugh Marshall Landscape and HML Container Services. Kyle specializes in heavy and medium duty equipment operating, demolitions and dumpsters. He takes pride in ensuring his customers and employees are well taken care of. When Kyle is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter and looks forward to growing his family. Kyle also serves his community as a volunteer firefighter.

Terry Holton

Operations Manager:
Terry Holton is Hugh’s Right hand man. They met at Delaware Valley University way back in the day, where Terry got his degree in Dairy Husbandry. He started at Hugh Marshall landscape Contractors Inc in 1998. Terry oversees scheduling all our many crews each day. He manages and facilitates all the details from manpower to materials needed.

Don Anderson

Tree Services Manager:
Don Anderson has been working in the trees for 20 years. He is a skilled climber who is studying for his Arborist Certification and his Plant Health Care License.
Don is committed to the thorough training of his team and strict adherence to all safety protocols for the tree industry.
When Don isn’t in the trees, he enjoys spending time on the farm sanctuary that his wife runs in Tinicum, PA. He also can be found free diving when he can get away.

Office Staff

Beverly Miller

Beverly has been working for Hugh Marshall Landscape since December 2012. She is our Office Manager and HR Administrator. Oliver the Pug is her dog.

Krystal Dolton

Krystal is our Administrative Assistant. She is a Temple University Graduate with a Bachelor of Art’s degree in psychology. She has worked in an administrative assistant role for about 6 years. This October will be her 3rd year here with Hugh Marshall Landscape Contractors, Inc. She is usually the one sending you bills, collections or contracts. Luna is her dog.
